Clinical Test Expectation PEG-MGF – Human Subjects : Promotes muscle repair. Speeds up bone repair. Stimulates muscle growth. Prevents heart disease. Protects against stroke. Promotes cognitive health
Strength – 2MG per vial
Pegylated Mechano Growth Factor (PEG MGF) is a derived form of the IGF-1 (insulin-like growth factor-1), which stimulates myoblasts division and allows for muscle fibers to fuse and mature. This is a process necessary for growth of adult muscle.
PEG-MGF modulates muscle inflammation and enhances the regeneration process by improving the recruitment of the white blood cells called macrophages and neutrophils to the site of injury. This in turn promotes muscle growth and repair. PEG-MGF also promotes neurogenesis (formation of new nerve cells or neurons) by increasing the number of neural progenitor cells (cells that transform to create specialized cell types).
Benefits of PEG-MGF
- Promotes muscle repair
- Speeds up bone repair
- Stimulates muscle growth
- Prevents heart disease
- Protects against stroke
- Promotes cognitive health
Pegylation is a process of attaching polyethylene glycol to another chemical compound. It is often done to reduce the body’s natural immune reaction to an agent or, as in the case of PEG-MGF, to increase the half-life of the compound in the blood by reducing clearance in the kidneys. Pegylation is common, safe, and has a number of advantages. PEG-MGF was developed because MGF has a very short half-life in blood. Though it persists for longer periods of time in muscle tissue, MGF administered exogenously has a short half-life because it passes through the blood stream first unless it is injected directly into muscle tissue. PEG-MGF helps to offset this particular disadvantage.
You inject 2ml water into the vial of PEG MGF from the water vial. 1 full syringe is 1ml. You then wait for the vial powder content to dissolve ON ITS OWN. DO NOT SHAKE THE VIAL TO MIX POWDER. Once dissolved and clear in color you draw out 20 – 40 (2 – 4 units) on the syringe and inject 3 times a week evenly spacing injections.
How long will a vial last ?
A vial should last 10-14 days.
